Currency: U.S. Dollar (USD).
ATMs: Widely available in airports, hotels, shops, and banks; exchange rates are often better than walk-up currency counters.
PHL airport: Foreign-exchange services are available in terminals.
Getting to Center City: Rental cars and taxis are available; the SEPTA Airport Line is often the fastest, low-cost way to reach Center City hotels.

HRIMM26 SEPTA Fare Reimbursement Program (In-Person Only)
What it is: A one-time reimbursement of eligible SEPTA train or bus fare to/from the
Event Center for registered attendees and exhibitors.
Eligibility:
You are registered for HRIMM26 and present your event badge.
You traveled by SEPTA (Regional Rail, subway, trolley, or bus) to reach the Event Center during official event days.
You redeem in person at the Information Desk at the Event Center.
What to bring
Your paper ticket, mobile ticket, or receipt showing date, time, and amount.
Your event badge (we will scan it).
How it works
Visit the Information Desk during posted desk hours on event days.
Staff will record the ticket reference, date of travel, take a photo/scan of the ticket, and scan your badge.
After verification, you will receive a digital gift card (matching the eligible fare amount)
at your registered email. Your original ticket is returned.
Important terms
One reimbursement per person (registered badge holder) for one eligible trip; duplicates are not paid.
No cash payouts; reimbursement is via digital gift card only.
Email/phone requests are not accepted; you must redeem in person.
Lost/misplaced gift cards cannot be reissued once delivered to your email.
Program applies to SEPTA only; other carriers (e.g., Amtrak, rideshare, taxis) are not eligible.
HRIMM may amend, pause, or end the program at any time.
SEPTA is not affiliated with and does not administer this reimbursement.
