government-issued photo ID and “All DayPass” badge issued by HRIMM Events.
Optional to ADD; “Training Programs for Healthcare Professionals” if your certification expired or going to expired.

Event Center is located, 2 to 4 minutes walking distance from the Suburban Station of Philadelphia.

SEPTA TRAIN TICKETS
SEPTA Travel Reimbursement Policy for HRIMM Event Participants
Participants attending the HRIMM Event who travel to the Event Center via SEPTA train are eligible for travel reimbursement at the HRIMM Information Desk, located at the Event Center.
Important Guidelines:
- Reimbursement is available only to registered participants who traveled for the event during the scheduled dates.
- No cash payments will be issued. Reimbursements will be processed only to a valid credit or debit card under the participant’s name.
- Reimbursement must be claimed in person at the HRIMM Information Desk between June 8th to June 11th, 2026.
- Phone, online, or remote reimbursements will not be provided.
Please do not request reimbursement at any SEPTA station or ticket window. SEPTA is not responsible for reimbursing HRIMM-related travel expenses.
