Age limit must be 35 or below.

Event Center is located, 2 to 4 minutes walking distance from Suburban Station of Philadelphia.

Trains are conveniently available from 4 am to mid night on every 15 minutes frequency from Philly (PHL) airport to Suburban station, Philadelphia.

To enter in Event Center

Everyone must have a government-issued photo ID and

Badge issued by HRIMM.

PLEASE NOTE:

HRIMM and Eventer Center Security Personals reserve all rights:
(1) To permit to enter and remove anyone from Event Center without refund due to any odd behvior or odd activities will immediately escalate to local authorities.
(2) Every peron enter in Event Center and every activity will be monitor and record by security peronals.

1. Get Reimbursement of your SEPTA Trains and Bus Tickets, below terms & conditions will apply. ↩︎

1 Every Registered Exhibitors, Attendees who are traveling through SEPTA Trains or Bus and return to same destination will get reimbursement of SEPTA ticket. Please visit information desk at the Event Center in main Hall.
2. To get reimbursement, must bring one way or return ticket to information desk with badge issued by HRIMM.
3. Tickets reimbursement will be accepted in-person at Event Hall at information desk only for the travel
date of July 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th one time only. You must registered at Event and having badge at information desk.
4. Any reimbursement request via email or phone will not accepted. It will be process in-person at Event Hall information desk only.
5. All tickets reimbursement process starts at 8.00 am on 8th July and end at 6.00 pm of 9th July 2025.
6. Our staff at Information Desk will take ticket reference number, date of travel, photo of ticket, scan your badge and upload on our system. Once this process will complete, they will send digital gift card of ticket amount in your registered email. They will immediately return your ticket and badge before you leave information desk counter.
7. It’s one time payment only per ticket. Once Digital Giftcard will sent to your email that ticket will not get pay again. Amazon Digital Giftcard will be issue one time only.
8. Reimbursement will be provide in-the form of Amazon Digital Giftcard to the registerd exhibitor or attendee only.
9. NO Cash transaction.
10. HRIMM not responsible for reimbursement of tickets, process interruption, and even if you misplaced/miss handled Digital Giftcard once sent to your email.
11. SEPTA has no role to give reimbursement of tickets who participate in event.
