Convenient SEPTA train service from PHL Airport to Suburban Station (15-minute frequency, 4 AM – Midnight).
Event Center is located, 2 to 5 minutes walking distance from the Suburban Station of Philadelphia.

Eligibility:
- Registered Attendees, Exhibitors, and Speakers of HRIMM Events
- Must have a valid HRIMM Events badge
- Must be present in person at the Event Hall with a valid government-issued photo ID
Reimbursement Process:
- Visit the Information Desk: Locate the Information Desk at the Event Center’s Main Hall.
- Present Your SEPTA Ticket: Provide your original SEPTA ticket (one-way or round-trip) for travel dates of July 7th, 8th, or 9th, 2025.
- Show Your Badge: Present your HRIMM Events badge.
Reimbursement Details:
- Amount: Reimbursement will be equivalent to the ticket’s face value.
- Method: Reimbursement will be provided as a Digital Gift Card.
- Timing: Reimbursement processing will take place on July 8th and 9th, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Important Notes:
- In-Person Process: Reimbursement must be processed in-person at the Information Desk.
- One-Time Reimbursement: Each attendee, exhibitor, or speaker is eligible for a single reimbursement for one SEPTA ticket during the entire event.
- Digital Gift Card: Once the Digital Gift Card is sent to your registered email, HRIMM is not responsible for lost or misplaced cards.
- No Cash Reimbursements: Reimbursement will be issued solely through Digital Gift Cards.
- SEPTA’s Role: Please note that SEPTA is not involved in this reimbursement process. SEPTA is not responsible for reimbursements.
By following these steps and adhering to the terms outlined, eligible attendees, exhibitors, and speakers can receive reimbursement for their SEPTA travel expenses.

(1) Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the Event Center, without refund, and may lead to involvement of local law enforcement.
(2) All individuals entering the Event Center and their activities will be monitored and recorded by security personnel.
