HRIMM Affiliate Terms & Conditions                                                                            12/12/2024 

This HRIMM Affiliate Master Terms & Conditions (this “T&C”) sets forth the provisions pursuant to which you agree to register with HRIMM (“Manager”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) to be an affiliate, (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) at one of our HRIMM conference events held virtually online or at a physical venue (each, an “Event” and collectively, the “Events”). Affiliate agrees to adhere to all of the provisions set forth in (a) this T&C (b) the affiliate contract provided by Manager which is executed by Affiliate (the “Affiliate Contract”) as a hard copy agreement signed by Affiliate and returned to Manager by mail, facsimile or email, or as an electronic signature by Affiliate using an electronic verification signature service, and (c) any supplemental terms or agreements (including the Affiliate Handbook) applying to any Event (collectively, the “Affiliate Agreements”).

Affiliate must sign this contract with HRIMM affiliate agreement.  With signing of this agreement affiliate also agreed to abide by HRIMM Event Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, All Social Media, Email Marketing Platforms terms & conditions as respective manner.

1. Affiliate Agreement:

  • By signing up for the HRIMM Event & Expo Affiliate Program, you agree to all mentioned terms and conditions on this agreement and additional draft sent to your registered email which needs to return with affiliates accepted, signature and current date of agreement.
  • You agree to promote the HRIMM Healthcare Event & Expo using the provided marketing materials and links. You can also use your marketing links, social media with the provided material.

2. Commission Structure:

  • You will earn a commission (percentage%) as mentioned in drafted document (sent to your registered email) on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions will be paid as mentioned in drafted document that will include payment frequency, e.g., monthly via payment method, e.g., PayPal, direct deposit etc.

3. Marketing Restrictions:

  • You may not use any false or misleading advertising or promotional techniques.
  • You may not use the Healthcare Expo name or trademarks in a manner that could damage the reputation of the HRIMM Event & Expo.

4. Intellectual Property:

  • All marketing materials provided to you remain the property of the HRIMM Event & Expo.
  • You may not modify or distribute these materials without explicit permission.

5. Termination:

  • The HRIMM Event & Expo reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause without giving any prior notice.
  • In the event of termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid as per the next payment date.

6. Disclaimer:

  • The HRIMM Event & Expo makes no guarantees regarding the number of sales or commissions you may earn.
  • Your earnings will depend on your marketing efforts and other factors.

7. Terms: HRIMM Event Terms, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, cookie policy, GDPR, CCPA, all social media, email marketing service provider terms will apply.
