Advertisement Opportunities at HRIMM26

Promote your business, products, and services at the HRIMM Event with one of the following options:

Option A – Banner Placement

  • Four (4) banners sized 5′ x 3′ displayed in premium locations: Event Hall, near stairways, check-in area, and cafeteria.
  • Featured online on the HRIMM website with a clickable flyer redirecting to your webpage.

Option B – Email Marketing Campaign

  • Inclusion in the HRIMM Events email marketing campaign for 3 months.
  • Paper-size flyer design featured in emails.
  • Clickable flyer redirecting directly to your webpage.

Option C – Flyer Distribution

  • Distribution of 8,500 flyers to all attendees and exhibitors.
  • Flyers handed out at the assigned check-in area by an HRIMM staff member.
  • Clickable flyer redirecting to your webpage.

Requirements

For any option selected, you will need to provide:

  • Content (advertisement text)
  • Logo / branding materials
  • Website link (for redirection)

HRIMM’s associated vendors will design materials based on your selections.
