Event Center is located, 2 to 5 minutes walking distance from the Suburban Station of Philadelphia.

Eligibility:
- Registered Attendees, Exhibitors, and Speakers of HRIMM Event.
- Must have a valid HRIMM Events badge
- Must be present in person at the Event Hall with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Reimbursement Process:
- Locate the Information Desk at the Event Center’s Main Hall.
- Provide your original SEPTA ticket (one-way or round-trip) for travel dates of 7th, 8th, 9th or 10th July 2025.
- Your badge will be scan at Information desk.
- Take photo of SEPTA ticket and send to email ID given by event staff at desk.
- Digital Giftcard will be issued to your registered email id.
- Reimbursement will be equivalent to the ticket’s value.
- Reimbursement processing will take place on July 8th and 9th, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Important Notes:
- In-Person Process: Reimbursement will be processed in-person at the Information Desk.
- No Cash Reimbursements: Reimbursement will be issued to your registered email through Digital Gift Cards.
- SEPTA’s Role: HRIMM25 is private event. SEPTA has no role for reimbursement of tickets. SEPTA is not responsible for reimbursements.
By following above steps and adhering to the terms outlined, eligible attendees, exhibitors, and speakers can receive reimbursement for their SEPTA travel expenses.

HRIMM and Eventer Center Security Personals reserve all rights:
(1) Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the Event Center, without any refund, and may lead to involvement of local law enforcement.
(2) All individuals entering the Event Center and their activities will be monitored and recorded by security personnel for security purpose.
